What happened?

The Agreement

Cellmid have entered into a national trading agreement with API Services Australia Pty Ltd (API) for the ranging of the Company’s évolis® Professional anti-aging hair care products in Priceline Pharmacies. As part of this trading agreement évolis® will be featured in 400 of the 480 Priceline Pharmacy stores around Australia.

What's expected?

The agreement is expected to deliver exclusive offers and unique hair health advisory services to Priceline Pharmacy customers. In-store sales of évolis® Professional will be supported by the current évolis® sales and marketing team through an extensive education program about hair aging, the hair cycle and anti-aging haircare.

Guidance Re-iterated

Cellmid confirms guidance that it is on track to reach operational profitability on its Advangen consumer health business in FY2020.

This agreement, in combination with other distribution agreements recently announced such as with Douglas GmbH, is a positive sign that the company's omni-channel distribution strategy is progressing. Given the status of Priceline in the domestic beauty sector we also believe that this agreement is further evidence that évolis® is a credible and effective product that is complimentary to Priceline's existing product range. Management have also re-iterated guidance of the Advangen subsidiary hitting operational break-even in FY2020.
