Blackstone Minerals to raise capital to advance the Ta Khoa Nickel Project

Blackstone Minerals Ltd (ASX: BSX, “Blackstone”) has announced that it has received firm commitments to raise up to a total of $17.8M (before costs) through a placement of 42,426,356 fully paid ordinary shares (shares) at an issue price of A$0.42 per share.

What are the key highlights?

1. Fidelity International to cornerstone the capital raise with an $8M investment.
2. Funds will be used to advance the Ta Khoa Nickel Project, including additional exploration and resource drilling, Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) and Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) work.
3. Blackstone to offer Share Purchase Plan to Eligible Shareholders to raise $3M.
