What's happened?

XTEK Limited (ASX:XTE "XTEK") have received a purchase order from the Australian Defence Force (ADF) for Small Unmanned Aerial System (SUAS) spare parts.

What are the key highlights?

  1. The contract is worth A$3.2m and represents the XTEK’s strong and continued relationship with the ADF.
  2. This order follows on from the exclusive long-term support contract with the ADF, which was secured by XTEK in September 2019.
  3. XTEK continues to focus on SUAS supply and maintenance, and is well placed to capture future SUAS revenue with its position as the key, full-service SUAS provider in Australia.
  4. Under the previously secured supply contracts to the ADF, over fifty AeroVironment WASP AE SUAS have been delivered, with more systems scheduled to be delivered in 2020. Further sales of AeroVironment SUAS are possible as the ADF finds innovative applications to employ SUAS in the field.
